He wants a processor that works with 1060gtx mini 3gb and doesn't require altering the 8gb ram ddr3 or motherboard. Any suggestions?

The I5-2nd gen remains excellent processors and can easily run a GTX1060 with 3GB of VRAM. Their prices are approximately 40 to 70 euros in my country.
