I purchased 2,970 units and received two copies. I gave one to a friend and retained the other for myself.
There should be 16 additional free items available. Whether you preorder or not, I’m still uncertain about other complimentary content such as the manual, music tracks, wallpapers, and avatars.
GoG matched the price with Steam, so I chose the GoG path. It's owned by CD Projekt, the same company behind Witcher 3 developers CD Projekt Red. I prefer giving them all the revenue instead of letting Steam take a share, since I really want to back CDPR as much as possible.
