Nice to see some planned support after the game's release, and to see that it will be free. I don't see why you guys complain about FREE .

16-bit resolution is a huge step back. We traded in 1080p at 60 frames per second for far fewer colors.

I’ve placed a preorder for this game. Initially I thought it was a bit pricey, but after checking GOG’s site, I realized they’re handling PC and console parity well. They don’t have any DRM, offer free DLC, and previous players get discounts. It has fun physics, a big world, and an engaging story.

Hey, it seems like you're really pushing your point. Recent updates mostly focus on fixing bugs rather than adding new features. The DLCs are just extra content that wasn't included when the game launched.

Ubisoft really needs to change its approach. Calling updates DLCs isn't fair—it's just another way to push paywalls. CDPR should simply say "update" instead of hiding it behind a fake label. People used to understand what it meant back then.

Some games like Witcher 3 are already getting criticized for this trend, especially with titles like Dragon Age Inquisition. It's disappointing when AAA games lose their credibility that way.

It should be labeled DLC because it includes extra content. A patch would focus on resolving issues or enhancing performance. Updates can introduce fresh material, but I’d refer to a player skin as a DLC.

Used to be, updates included everything. DLC is just the harmful habit of hiding extra stuff behind paywalls (basically cutting it out of updates). Say no to DLC.

If they had simply stated everything was included without calling it DLC, players would likely be more supportive. The idea of charging for DLC feels unfair because people expect a price when they see it as an extra. When it's labeled DLC, it usually signals a cost, which can lead to frustration. I think companies should have offered a lot of free content packs—maybe hundreds or even thousands—to encourage competition and show that DLC shouldn’t be a hidden cash grab.
