In addition to the two upcoming expansions, their scale is expected to match that of 'The Witcher 2' Around 200 hours plus a significant extra game, all combined.

It's quite enjoyable to spend over 200 hours on a game.

I’d really lose it if I spent over 200 hours playing that game.

I tried it, but I haven't wrapped it up yet—just over 100 hours. After that, I stopped playing completely. I’m sure I’ll return and finish it again, but right now I’m taking a break because it starts to feel repetitive after about 100 hours (or so it did for me). Plus, it became pretty easy since I was already at a higher level than needed for the main quest, thanks to completing all the side missions. (I usually play on the hardest setting, though it’s still relatively simple.)

No, you haven't imported the save file from Witcher 2 where you didn't kill Letho.

I spent 90 hours on my initial run and quickly moved through the whole third act if the game. A focused playthrough that gets sidetracked by side missions and gwent would likely need more than 150 hours, reaching nearly 200. Extremely time-consuming.

This seems typical for the game. After completing the initial act, the narrative accelerates significantly, shifting your attention more toward the main plot rather than side activities.
