The display shows low performance at about 60 frames per second, then slows down to around 30 FPS. It’s unclear what’s happening. I suspect an issue with the drivers, even though the GPU is only using half its capacity.
Consider removing the driver. Execute a tool called "driverfusion" to clear all leftover driver files from the ure system and apply the latest driver. Perhaps this will suffice. In the free version of driverfusion, you should choose not to install any third-party software.
