This CPU configuration offers strong performance for MSFS 2020.
The cache size has grown significantly, which is great for MSFS 2020.
On the x3D side, I checked a benchmark that showed a roughly 20 FPS improvement over the AMD setup using my new build (Intel 14700). Since I hadn’t assembled my PC yet, I seriously thought about swapping my motherboard and CPU for one of those x3D chips. If I were solely running FS, I’d definitely make the change, but because I plan to do other things too, the overall experience suggested the Intel I got would be a more versatile choice.
