I need assistance with a feature Apple offers, where you type an IP address on your iPhone when connected to a WiFi network. Even without internet, you can still connect and use cellular data while the Wi-Fi signal disappears. I really liked it but now I have an S20+ and can't do it anymore. Anyone can help me avoid turning the Wi-Fi off and on?

Sounds like you're just using cellular data. If the wireless doesn't have internet access, I don't see how you can magically get it by going to a random IP address. Some password protected public networks have a sign-in portal. Android will notify you when it detects this. If you disable the WiFi antennae you can't get WiFi. But if cellular data is available in your area, your phone will just use that instead.
