Hello
I have never used wireless charging before.
I’ve seen instructions for some devices warning against charging Android phones or True Wireless Headphones...

A) Charging multiple items on the same pad at once;
B) Keeping pads separated by at least 30 cm from each other;
C) Maintaining a distance of several meters from any electrical devices, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or TV signals.

As discussed in another discussion, this seems more about compliance than necessity.
For your comments, please specify which point you’re referring to—this is confusing and I’m unsure what to believe.

I’m considering purchasing wireless charging pads for myself and my family, with the goal of charging several devices simultaneously.
Is this approach reasonable?
Should I charge everything together, or keep them apart from other electronics and signals?
Could you clarify if there’s a standard term for charging multiple items at once, like MU-MIMO?
I assume most pads come with their own charger; is that preferable to using a PC USB?
Are USB wireless chargers acceptable?
What should I look for, avoid, and be aware of so I can make an informed decision?
Thank you for your guidance!

Those wireless charging pads are built to charge one device at a time. Placing multiple items simultaneously reduces the current, which can halt the entire charging process and harm the chargers or batteries of the devices. Unless the pad explicitly allows charging several items at once, it's best to avoid doing so. Or you can ignore this warning and try, hoping for a brief success until something unexpected happens.

I personally avoid wireless charging unless it uses a magnetic connector. The performance of Qi drops significantly when the coils aren’t properly aligned, and without a mechanism to keep them in place like MagSafe, you lose a lot of power. Even with perfect alignment, efficiency stays around 75%, while without it it drops to 50% or less. With fast charging, most devices still convert a large portion of the power into heat, which is harmful to the battery. For example, charging at 40W means you’re only getting about 20W with 20W lost as heat. Many pads I’ve seen rely solely on USB charging.
