If they run on Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1, you can adapt them for Windows 10. I'm using a PCI sound card that came out in 2009.

When it works with Windows Vista, 7, or 8, it’s likely to work with Windows 10. The main task might be adding drivers via Device Manager manually.
