your windows setup is on the c drive and seems like the ssd is causing issues. when you disconnect the sata port and restart, it works initially but later the same problem recurs.

Avoid using ports 5 or 6 since they are turned off once M.2_1 is installed. Refer to page 8 of your guide for details.
