So this just started recently and it's hard to tell what's happening but it seems like the desktop or at least all of the desktop icons do a bit of an odd refresh when I open Chrome. It mostly happens from a computer restart or boot up. I'm not sure if this happens with just Chrome or any program I have on my bar or desktop. Any idea what's causing this? All of the icons will go the default blank and arrow and then regain their images shortly after..
I've been facing the same issue recently. My computer's performance drops to 99% CPU usage for about 40 seconds, which is really frustrating. I've looked up both problems but haven't found any fixes.
