I upgraded Windows today to Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.1). It required some time and a few restarts, likely because I hadn't updated in a while. Now, when I press Alt+Tab or exit fullscreen games, it shows up as a black screen for about 3-4 seconds—previously it was almost instant. I adjusted Focus Assist settings and refreshed my Nvidia drivers.

Also, I discovered that using my media keys also triggers the Alt+Tab shortcut. FIXED: I realized the issue was resolved after updating via Windows Update, which revealed more available updates. Once the extra updates were installed, everything worked normally again.
