Darklordgwyn, here’s what I did. First, I opened the Start menu and searched for “cmd,” then right-clicked and selected “Run as Administrator.” Next, I used DiskPart to list the volumes. I chose the one linked to the disk letter I. Then, I selected that volume in DiskPart and proceeded to remove or unmount it. Completed the process successfully.
