Are there ports on the board for VGA or DVI connections to verify display functionality? Does the keyboard's num lock, scroll lock, or caps lock work properly?

Just to confirm. When you say "no signal," do you mean NO SIGNAL from the moment you press the power button? Or do you experience a blank screen after the system starts? Also, note that some monitors take a long time to display an image when put into standby mode, which might require resetting your case if you miss the boot-up message.
