Hello, today I reached out for assistance. Windows treats the HyperxPulseFire FPS PRO as both a keyboard and a mouse, which creates issues. It disconnects during sudden movements, unlike in Windows 10 and 11. I’m struggling to find a fix, possibly because of the reWASD installation. I’ve tried disabling it with the service, but it didn’t work. Other attempts to turn off USB power have been in vain. The keyboard still recognizes it as a mouse and keyboard. When I remove the reWASD and move the mouse abruptly during disconnection, the device appears briefly. After about two seconds, it reconnects, though sometimes I need to disconnect and reconnect the mouse from the USB.

When you access the Device Manager, Properties, Driver, then Update Driver, any alternative drivers show up. The manufacturer's technical support team advises that updating to Windows 11 may provide updated drivers or software. If your device only functions with Windows 10, you might need to revert to Windows 10 or wait for the manufacturer to fix the issues with Windows 11.

The sole drivers available for the mouse are the HyperX software, which allows adjustments to DPI and RGB settings. It does not contain its own drivers.
