Your clock seems stuck on the current UTC time while your local time zone remains unchanged. It might be due to the CMOS battery failing early or a Windows 10 issue.

If it were the CMOS battery, other BIOS configurations would also reset. You can try it without any custom settings to see what happens, and if nothing changes, Windows will handle it.

I also use Ubuntu with a dual boot setup, and the time stays consistent, which makes me suspect a Windows issue. I was just joking about it!

At least the issue isn't with the hardware; it looks like the problem is more about the software.

Windows often talks a lot, but I’ve begun using Linux as my primary operating system while keeping Windows for gaming and essential apps. It runs so much quicker and feels more responsive than Windows, which can sometimes feel slow and heavy.

On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday my Windows 7 experienced issues, possibly linked to the end of daylight saving time.
