I ran the Halo Wars 2 reinstalled and downloaded a massive 13GB DLC, adding 48GB to my storage. I’m certain I removed it from Windows long ago. Finding the uninstall process was tricky—it was buried in hidden folders. It’s really frustrating how difficult it is to get such a basic feature. The UI design is terrible. Truly disgusting.

Next time consider using Disk Cleanup in Windows 7, you can start and type "Disk Cleanup" to find it in search results. Right-click it and choose Run as administrator for better cleanup options. I’m not sure about Windows 10, but you might have removed the Windows Installer service or similar settings to delete those folders.
