When I power off my PC occasionally it crashes and restarts. Clearing the CMOS didn't help, and I recently reinstalled Windows because it was corrupt. Could you get some advice?

Turn off Fast Startup. Go to Power Options and select what power buttons do.

It seems you're referring to a feature exclusive to MSI, possibly the BIOS Fast Boot option. Could you clarify which aspect you're interested in?

I attempted that and it keeps crashing. I might reach out to Microsoft later, since they’ve fixed similar problems before.
