Consider alternative ways to reinstall or repair the system. Try a clean installation if possible. If freezing persists, use the built-in repair tools and follow the on-screen instructions carefully. For persistent issues, boot into recovery mode and check for hardware problems.

The issue seems to be with the hardware rather than the installer or Windows itself. The installer is a separate bootable program, meaning both problems indicate a system fault. You might attempt to start Ubuntu from a USB drive to see if it works, but expect similar crashes or freezes as with Windows.

Installed fresh RAM and attempted to start Windows using the new hard drive, but it entered a setup process displaying a purple screen before freezing and showing a blue screen error.

Using standard hard drives or SSDs often causes many compatibility problems with M2 drives.

You haven't tried the free choice such as starting Ubuntu from USB yet. This might actually assist in identifying your issue.

I encounter issues mainly with driver irql not meeting the required limits, irql failing to stay within bounds, and a kernel security check rejection.

Ask a friend to check your computer or take it to a service center.
