You managed to get into BIOS and then booted into Windows. Later, it seemed like the GPU (3060ti) wasn't being recognized, so you adjusted the power cords and PCIe riser, which helped you install drivers and some apps. The main issue before was related to the BIOS and the blue/black screen, while the Windows installation problems were linked to the PCIe riser. Thanks for all the support!
