Hello, I'm experiencing an issue for three weeks now. When I power on the PC, it immediately displays the Windows logo but then restarts without any spinning effect. It seems to jump straight to the BIOS screen, even after three restarts. I'm using an ASRock BIOS and still can't get Windows to load properly. Could you help me figure this out? (Edit) RE means Recovery environment.

Have you explored connecting a USB drive with Windows 10 and tried the Repair My Computer feature?

Consider turning off the computer and then restarting it, making sure to press F8 during the loading process.

Do you know any crucial information about that computer? If not, please proceed and order a Windows 10 installation kit along with a reset. I’m sorry if I can’t provide the right guidance, as I’m not very experienced with software problems.

I already have my phone rooted, I could just use it as a back door.
