I completed my new gaming PC and after finishing the Windows setup, I encountered a black screen. After restarting, I returned to BIOS and tried reinstalling Windows multiple times, but the issue persisted. During installation, my PC exhibited strange behavior such as crashes, brief black screens lasting 5-10 seconds, and screen resolution adjustments. Here are the details of my system: ASUS TUF B550-gaming wifi II (used), TUF GAMING RTX 3060 Ti (used), Ryzen 5 5600 (used), Corsair 650w PSU (new), 1 Tb WD SN580 (new), AMD CPU cooler (used), Kingstone Furry 2x8 3200mhz DDR4 RAM (used), King 95 PRO case (new). Also, the fans aren’t spinning properly.

What is a CPU cooler? Is the XMP setting turned off or active? Have you noticed any used items functioning prior to your purchase?

my cpu cooler and gpu fans are functioning properly, but the case fans aren't. xmp is turned off. i purchased the used components online (digitec.ch), so i couldn't confirm everything works myself—every used item still comes with a warranty.

Do you believe it might be a motherboard problem? That seems like a possibility to me.

From your account, the issue could be anything. For black screens, I’d inspect the screen and power connections first, then test with a spare graphics card if available. When it crashes, what occurs next?

Essentially, it often restarts on its own or displays an infinite black screen, but the display remains active, which isn't a typical display problem. (I resolved my PC fan issue too! I left out the SATA connectors.)

It seems like you're trying to figure out whether the issue might be hardware-related. Since you haven't found a solution online, could you share more details about the symptoms or behavior of the problem?

I understand you're referring to the same idea previously. Black screens indicate a visual issue, which is why I recommended testing alternative power/data cables and possibly using a backup graphics card.
