Hey there! I recently upgraded my grandparents' PC with these specs: motherboard is Asus H610M-E Prime, CPU is Intel i3 12100 at 4.3GHz, RAM is 16GB (two 8GB modules), and the GPU is a Fury Beast 3200MHz DDR4. The storage includes a 1TB NVMe SSD. I installed Windows 11 (64-bit) and moved all their files, and everything worked fine for about a month. Recently, however, they stopped booting into Windows and went straight into BIOS. No bootable drives appear in the BIOS, and under NVMe settings it says no drive detected. I checked everything—UEFI enabled, no legacy or secure boot issues—and even tried installing a GPU with CSM enabled, but nothing helped. I’ve also tried updating drivers on my own PC to see if that would resolve the issue. My concern is that maybe a recent Windows update messed with the device drivers, causing them to disappear and preventing detection. I’m really stuck and worried it might be bricked or just stopped working suddenly. Any advice or suggestions would be super helpful!

If you have another machine with an available M.2 port, I recommend connecting it and checking the Device Manager to confirm it's recognized.

No issues detected in BIOS, Device Manager or drive management. Consider possible next steps—RMA might be a viable option.
