I don’t even have a key for Windows 11 Pro. The update mentioned 22h2 Windows 10, and when it began, the system showed Windows 11 Pro which was very confusing.

I’m here to help with all your tech questions. It seems your drive might be struggling lately—loud noises and memory issues could point to a problem. I tried copying a large file, but it triggered a memory error warning. The drive has been acting up for some time, possibly due to wear or external factors. Let’s troubleshoot together.
Do you think the drive is actually a hard drive? It seems like you might want to transfer smaller amounts at once because it could be struggling. Thanks, buddy, my 15-year-old pride is kicking in.
Yeah, it’s a hard drive. I considered a single 50GB file and saw a different blue screen error. A Google search suggested the issue might be driver-related. It’s an old drive, and I’d mentioned some noises coming from it in a post earlier. I was using it as backup storage until it stopped working.
This and the other version with the 50gib file were related to out-of-bounds errors, making it hard to capture an image. Both appear to stem from memory problems. I adjusted my XMP settings, but the issue persisted only during the hard drive copying process. It performed well under the memory stress test and reached its rated XMP speeds.
Consider lowering to 3200 and see if that helps. If it doesn’t, try reactivating the CSM again. It could succeed or fail.
Tried the drive in my Racing sim with a 3060ti and 5700g, hoping for extra output on the dash, but it wasn’t found at all. Blamed it on drive issues and the frustrating blue screen messages from Microsoft. You really appreciate seeing coincidences help with troubleshooting, thanks!
