Windows Service Not Found Error Task Manager fails to launch due to missing service or configuration issue.
I began the PC today, attempted a restart, pressed ctrl+alt+delete and searched for it, but it still won’t open.
In the command prompt (as administrator), enter: "start taskmgr.exe". If this fails, locate it in the System32 directory and launch it from there.
