Good morning. The migration from Exchange on-premise to M365 has been completed. I've observed that every user now has the same folder and files in their user container. Some suggest these items might be unsafe to remove, while others provide varied advice online. Let me know if you need further clarification.

General guideline: when uncertainty arises, it’s better to retain the item. There’s no clear justification for removal. Removing unnecessary entries in the registry or Active Directory offers little benefit at most.
