You're getting your first PC and everything seems to be working except for the Explorer which looks like a massive jumble of letters and numbers. I suspect it's related to the "index.dat" file, though I'm not entirely sure. I've tried deleting, hiding, and moving it, but nothing helped. Also, I can't delete the "index" file itself. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks, Joe.

It seems you’re dealing with Spotify cache files. You might have moved the default location to the root directory instead of keeping it in AppData for your profile.
