When looking up something in Windows search, you often see a message like "Spoiler." Clicking "Open File Location" usually shows a similar warning. This can happen due to file access issues or permission problems. Check your file permissions and try opening the file again.

I tried that, but it didn’t help much. By the way, I didn’t realize this was a fresh Windows setup. Some old programs didn’t reset properly—like Premiere and After Effects. Their icons stayed the same, so I could still find them in Windows search. Surprise after restarting my PC, I installed several things I had before, such as Unity. For some unknown reason, these new installations weren’t recognized by Windows search and appeared without an icon or thumbnail.
