Hello, I have a problem with my computer, the story begins as follows, I set in msconfig that the PC should boot into safe mode to uninstall the driver from the video card, but after restarting I no longer have a signal on the monitor I have image in bios I tried to reinstall Windows with a usb, but even here it doesn't show me anything when I want to boot from the Windows usb I have another video card in the house maybe I should try that one and disable safe mode in ms config if it works?

Consider using a 2.0 USB port during installation. A 3.0 port may cause instability.

Check your motherboard's output first to verify signal presence, then try reinstalling the driver. This method is suitable only when you have a CPU with built-in graphics.
