I'm sharing this in the system area since my Windows is acting strangely and I'm unsure if it's related to a specific component. When I got home, I tried launching some work tasks but faced delays—programs didn't respond. Restarting multiple times didn't help, and the last attempt left me with a frozen screen and a moving cursor. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

The previous time you performed a clean installation was several months ago. Make sure to back up important files such as movies, pictures, and school projects before proceeding.

The issue keeps happening again and again. It fixes itself after about 15 minutes of frustration, but I’m unsure when the next occurrence will be.
