You're looking into a setup where Windows runs on two different drives—one SSD with GPT partitions and another HDD with MBR partitions. When you boot the HDD in non-UEFI mode, the installed OS will have limited visibility into the SSD's filesystem. Generally, the Windows installation won't have direct access or control over the SSD's storage unless there are vulnerabilities or specific configurations involved. However, if malware or trojans target this environment, they might exploit weaknesses to potentially affect the SSD's filesystem indirectly. It's wise to ensure your systems are secure and up-to-date. Let me know if you need more clarity!

Enable the access drive option. However, many folders such as windows/program files/document/users tend to be secured, which may trigger a warning about lacking permission to view or open the file.
