To force Windows to apply updates, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and enable "Update your device." If GPU drivers are still an issue, try restarting the graphics card or checking for driver updates directly.

To proceed, follow these steps: 1. Click the Start button and choose Control Panel. 2. Navigate to System and Security. 3. Select System. 4. Open Advanced system settings from the left panel. 5. Go to the Hardware section. 6. Tap Device Installation Settings. 7. Pick No, then click Save Changes. This will impact other devices, so updating them manually is recommended. I have at least one PC where despite this setting, W11 still installs their own iGPU drivers. I don't have a dGPU and i don't know if my problem is limted to the iGPU driver. Here is an additional group-editor method that hopefully works. They also sho a regedit method. But th efolder they talk about is not on my PCs
