Windows; Return to Basics, Your Mistake.

I've taken back my previous statement after reflecting on it. It seems my earlier message might have been misinterpreted, so I'm leaving it as is. This isn't a helpful contribution.
Ethernet takes over from Wi-Fi whenever a cable is connected, so even if you're using Wi-Fi, it switches to Ethernet. When it still shows 'Ethernet' after being turned off, it's likely there are too many issues on your system. I've tested it myself and it doesn't behave that way.
If you understand me, you won’t doubt that my PC is genuine and in its optimal condition. Even though Windows 10 was released in August, it still functions smoothly after a fresh installation.
