Windows Resource Protection detected damaged files.
I have a great computer that functions well until suddenly some programs stop working. Installing new software isn’t possible, resetting Windows doesn’t help, and the SFC/SCAN tool reports corrupt files. The CBS.log file is available for troubleshooting, but logging isn’t supported in offline maintenance situations. I’ve tried everything—registry cleaning, scams, and more—but it’s getting frustrating. The PC crashes when launching games, and it restarts automatically if the program fails. Any suggestions?
These appear to be system logs, but you can run the command chkdsk /r /f on your main drive. For the registry, I suggest using Auslogics registry cleaner.
Thank you for the suggestion, but I'm unable to install anything due to significant issues.
I often rely on it, yet I still attempt to run chkdsk /r /f to resolve many issues.
The installation completed successfully and confirmed that all issues were resolved, which is a positive sign.
