Hey! It looks like you might have triggered an activation prompt after installing Windows. Make sure your Windows key is correctly recognized and try restarting your PC. If the message keeps appearing, check your account details or contact support for further help.

It indicates that the activation page is unavailable, possibly due to a rejected key.

You're right, I should have been clearer. What should you take next?

I haven't worked with them before, but they advertise buyer protection. https://www.kinguin.net/buyer-protection My thought is you'll need to be prepared to show the key doesn't function properly. Capture the error on screen and reach out to them. You should receive a refund and switch to another option.

Checked if activation was possible through the phone. Some forum searches indicated it might work.

You can choose to troubleshoot on the activation screen. My concerns suggest the key may have been used previously; consider contacting the vendor for assistance. If they are trustworthy, they might reissue a key or process a refund.

Follow the instructions provided. If that fails, obtain a genuine Windows key.

Purchasing an inexpensive key from Kinguin that could be stolen is not advisable.
