I frequently encounter my laptop freezing within the first ten minutes after powering it on, sometimes repeatedly. This issue appears when I wake it from sleep, hibernation, or completely off. Occasionally I manage to interact with some tabs while others remain stuck, but usually not. Only specific tabs freeze at varying intervals. Chrome tends to freeze often, while other Windows services—like files or the start button—can also freeze, though they usually sync up within about thirty seconds. Most applications remain unaffected; Steam games function normally even when everything behind them freezes, and FL Studio stays stable. My cursor never freezes. I own an Acer Swift SF314-42 laptop with Windows 11, running on a soldered RAM V1.11 UEFI BIOS (latest version) and AMD Ryzen 7 4700U. The SSD/boot drive sometimes shows error codes like 5858 or 524 in the Event Viewer, but often it displays just normal informational messages. Graphics drivers are up to date. I've executed the Windows memory test and run sfc /scannow along with other commands, but all tests came back negative. Is there a solution to resolve this without reinstalling Windows?
