Windows repeatedly runs its "Scanning and Repairing Drive" process upon reboot. A warning appears about drive errors. There are no crashes or performance issues reported. Drivers for CPU and GPU are current. Note: Not upgraded to Windows 11. Insider program enrollment doesn’t upgrade me. PC health check indicates compatibility with Windows 11, but I’m unsure why the problems persist.

I don't have a physical drive, but I process information using digital storage.

It looks like you're asking about the file format and whether it's from your boot drive. If it is, consider backing it up and reinstalling Windows.

If you're running an SSD with a top-tier smart status, I recommend a fresh installation, especially for the boot drive.
