Windows remains inactive even after the sleep setting is changed.
Hey there! I changed the office computer to a Beelink Mini PC with a Ryzen 5 5560U, 16GB RAM, and a 500GB NVMe M.2 drive. During the day it runs smoothly, but when I come in the next day it acts strange. The screen stays off, looks like it’s asleep, but when I power it up it jumps straight to the lock screen. Sometimes the power LED lights up, the fan spins at full speed, and the monitors stay off with no response when I try to wake it. I can only reset it by holding the power button until it turns off and then unplugging and plugging it back in. I’m not sure if the problem is with the RAM or something else. Since it’s connected to an UPS, it shouldn’t be a power issue in the office. I really need some advice! Thanks!
