He’s experiencing issues where the blue screen appears after a network reset in Windows. I attempted to use the PC Repair Tool from the Windows Installer USB, but it’s blocked because the password is forgotten. No solution so far.

If there are issues with the network, turn off the network card in the BIOS, restart the system, eliminate network drivers, then turn it back on in the BIOS and try booting again.
