For the past few weeks I am seeing that Windows login screen is stuck at black for around 10seconds. I can hear the start-up sound in background but no display. Display automatically comes after 10seconds. I had adjusted the PPT, EDC etc along with curve optimiser as CPU temps were reaching the upper 80's. Anyhow the undervolt is causing this behaviour? The system stability was tested after the undervolting operation and it was rock stable.

It might help to lower the voltage a bit. You can't just run tests under heavy load; try normal conditions like idle, light usage, startup, sleeping, etc. Adjust the voltage and check if the problem resolves.
