Windows 10 experienced a brief shutdown during startup, leaving the taskbar blank and unresponsive. In Task Manager, no processes were consuming CPU, with only a negligible 1% usage. Upon reviewing Event Viewer after the incident, I encountered this error four times: "The program explorer.exe version 10.0.19041.2913 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed." For additional details, check the Security and Maintenance logs in the control panel. I ran Malwarebytes, but no threats were detected. Are there any recent known issues or updates related to this version?
