I recently updated the windows and now achieve about 100 fps in draft and 150 in aram. It works in draft but drops to 50-60 in team fights. Before that, I had 300-450 fps. RAM: 32 GB, GPU: RTX 5070, CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X (Windows 11)

Adjust settings to bordesless windowed or fullscreen mode. Disable any overlays like Discord or Nvidia shadow. If performance remains poor, consider using DDU to reset your drivers.

You likely updated the latest Nvidia drivers with Windows. Consider using DDU to install the drivers a few months ago. Recently, there have been many issues with them... Also, always obtain drivers directly from the manufacturer's site. They sometimes modify drivers for their products while Nvidia provides generic versions. Good luck!
