Hello everyone, I’m facing a problem where Windows unexpectedly removes my graphics drivers while I’m still using the system. This causes the screen to go black on both monitors. After restarting, only the main display works, the refresh rate is very low, and the GPU adapter shows as disabled in Device Manager. Reinstalling drivers helps temporarily but then it fails again, requiring another full reinstall. When I try to enable it once more, a warning pops up saying it’s still not functioning properly.

Event log details are available if you need further assistance. Any tips would be appreciated!

Is there a possibility you're using a previous driver version, which might cause Windows to attempt an update?

You're wondering if the driver updates are actually being applied correctly. You can verify this by checking your system's driver status or running a compatibility test with the latest version.

It could be related to the recent release of Honkai: Star Rail, which appears to occur during asset loading. I’ll check again without the game running.
