Recently my machine has begun shutting down unexpectedly with a black screen and halted audio. I’m unsure what might have triggered this issue. I’ve removed the CPU overclock, performed a full factory reset via BIOS, looked for driver updates or patches, verified there were no malware threats, and checked everything—still nothing resolved. I’ve also run the Windows Reliability Monitor, but it didn’t detect any problems. Could you assist? Your system details are: Windows Build 17134, Intel i5 3570K, ASUS P8Z77X-V PRO, 16GB RAM, 8GB G.Skill RAM, 256GB Kingston SSD, 3TB Barracuda HDD, Crucial SSD, and Gigabyte 380X Corsair TX850 power supply.
Check your memory performance with MemTestx86+. Test for at least 24 hours. Provide results.
