Hello, I've been using Windows 10 and noticed the same problem when dragging from the top of the Steam app. The window just stays at the same size as the screen, even after maximizing it and then closing Steam completely before reopening it. It also occurs with Google Chrome, which is frustrating since I want the window to fit better on my monitor. I'm currently running Windows 10 Pro Edition 21H2 with OS build 19044.2486 and Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190. Any suggestions or experiences you have? Thanks, JustMike
