Last night Windows encountered a minor issue and restarted, yet I’m stuck on the error screen. It looks like a simple solution if I could enter Recovery Mode, but I’m having trouble doing that. Any advice on how to reach Recovery Mode from the boot process would be greatly appreciated. I’ve already tried powering off the computer multiple times, but it doesn’t seem to work.

For the three cycles, you need to keep it running until it starts and stops three times. (That's what I've experienced)
