Hey everyone, I'm experiencing regular blue screens, especially when running memory-heavy tasks. The error message points to Memory Management issues, so I tried the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. I bought an extra 16GB, but now I see glitches in Firefox and a BSOD whenever I run memory-intensive apps like CSGO. I'm using BIOS version 1.9 (support link available) but am unsure about upgrading due to forum warnings about compatibility issues with newer Ryzen updates and the risk of losing previous versions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Edit: I've also experimented with XMP profiles to try overclocking, though this prevents the system from booting. Using the Ryzen memory tool in Safe causes rapid memory errors until Windows crashes, so I'd like to resolve this overclocking problem eventually."

It seems your memory might be unreliable. These findings appear under normal conditions. To verify, run MemTest86 on a bootable USB and check for errors. If issues arise, compare results with the other drive—both failures indicate a problem, while one failure suggests only that specific drive is faulty.

It ran at normal speeds, but I couldn't maintain the windows open for more than ten minutes during any overclocking attempts. I plan to use memtest86 later if time allows.

I ran memtest86 and found errors. I checked each memory stick separately and identified a faulty RAM module. It seems the issue persists when relocating it to another slot. Please let me know what information you have before visiting the store tomorrow so I can assist further.
