Verify your Windows keyboard configuration, it might not be configured properly. NOTE: Settings ---> Devices ---> Typing Scroll down, Advanced Keyboard Settings If this doesn't resolve the issue, it could be one of the many problems in Windows 11... Well done, Microsloth.
