I got the same error message when attempting to create a new W10 image. I fixed it by removing the hidden windows in the BT and WS folders.

Maybe it won't work, but you could download the ISO and use Rufus to create a USB drive. Apologies for the formatting.

Open File Explorer and select Icon View, File Explorer Options, View. Toggle the checkbox to display hidden files, then click Apply.
