HI GUYS. I'm working on a live CD, but I'm unsure which option is better—CD-ROM drive or USB 3.0. Also, I don't know if Windows 7 supports booting from a USB 3.0 drive. What do you think is better?

3.0 runs quicker, but creating a USB installer for Windows 7 requires installing the correct driver for the chipset and USB 3.0; otherwise, the Windows 7 installer won’t recognize it.
